You are responsible for ensuring that all activity conducted through your jj333 Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is authorised by you. jj333 treats all activity conducted through a logged-in Account as having been authorised by the registered Account holder.
jj333 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, 1LINK, and Raast. jj333 does not accept deposits via international credit or debit cards, cryptocurrency wallets, or any payment method not expressly listed on the Platform's cashier page.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your jj333 Account balance in real time upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. jj333 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, for which jj333 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. Withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes during standard operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional KYC verification is required. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

In the event of any ambiguity, jj333's trading and games integrity team shall have sole discretion to interpret and apply the relevant rules.
Sports Betting: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. jj333 operates pre-match and live in-play betting markets across cricket, including PSL, international T20s, bilateral ODIs, and Test series. Odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets will not be amended to reflect subsequent price movements.
Void Bets: jj333 reserves the right to void a bet in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation; proven corruption or match manipulation; obvious pricing error; or where a bet has been accepted in circumstances that constitute a clear mistake. Voided bets are returned to the Player's Account at stake value.

Published Return to Player (RTP) figures for slot titles are as provided by the relevant game studio and are based on long-run theoretical averages.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude jj333's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
jj333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed by jj333 for reasons other than breach of this Agreement, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements.
Where an Account is closed due to a material breach of this Agreement, jj333 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account Balance, including both real-money deposits and Bonus Funds.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting jj333 support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jj333 holds its international gaming license.
In the event of any dispute between jj333 and a Player, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation via jj333's internal complaints and dispute resolution process. Players may initiate a complaint by contacting jj333 support. jj333 will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a final resolution within 14 business days.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through jj333's internal process, Players may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified under jj333's gaming license. The applicable escalation procedures are published on the Platform's responsible gaming and compliance pages.
